The First Step is to log in to your cPanel Control Panel. You should be able to log in at: http://www.Your_Domain.com:2083 (where Your_Domain.com is your actual domain).
After Logged in Click on the “Change Language” Icon Located Under the “Preferences” Heading
To change the default language:
1. Select a language from the Set Language to the drop-down menu.
2. Click Change.
About incomplete translations: When you choose a language other than English, you may still see English text in some areas of cPanel. We are still working on providing 100% translation coverage, so there is no need to report untranslated cPanel interfaces.
